Looking for a housemate (preferably female) to join a terraced home off Cardigan Road. I am a female working professional currently living here. Landlord is easy going and lives away.
Vegetarian MUST (no egg no meat no fish).
House has three bedrooms (3 double - I live in a double) and two bathrooms. Water and Broadband included in the rent. Gas + Electric + Council extra. Works out quite cheap - tried and tested. Looking for someone to move as soon as possible. Short and Long terms considered.
