Hello, I'm a language student going away at Easter for my term abroad, so my room is available from the Easter holidays, and I need to find someone to replace me so I don't have to pay two lots of rent! I can be fairly flexible about when I move out so feel free to ask if you need to move in sooner.
The address is 3 Buckingham Avenue, LS6 1DJ.
Here are a few more details:
- 4-bedroom semi-detatched house in Hyde Park
- Rent is £65 per week but we're charged in monthly instalments of around £280.
- It's the biggest bedroom in the house!
- The house has got everything you need, fully furnished living room with 42-inch TV, washing machine/dryer, microwave, oven/stove etc.
- We've got Sky Wifi which costs £5 per person per month.
- Gas, Water and Electric bills are normally about £25 per person per month.
- The house is in a really nice area within walking distance of Headingley, Leeds Uni, and plenty of shops.
- There are currently 4 guys (including myself) living here and we're all students, but anyone is welcome regardless of occupation/gender/age!
