Beautiful Airy Room In Woodhouse

I have a lovely light and airy double room to rent in woodhouse, 30 mgb wifi available throughout the property. There is on street unrestricted parking as well.

The house has recently been fully refurbished including a lovely powerful shower, constant hot water, double glazing, new carpet etc. Woodhouse is a great area and is really well served, I walk into town in under 30 minutes or a couple of minutes walk away there is a bus stop on 6 major routes into the city (under 10 mins) there are many bars and restaurants both in woodhouse and at Hyde park corner and it is very close to both universities.

The property is a decent sized four bed terrace but you will only be sharing with one other. The room has a brand new duvan bed with draws for storage, the plastic is still on the mattress. The property also has a yard which is a bit of a sun trap and has a built in bbq, this will be full of flowers once the final frost has past.

A little about me, I am a thirty one year old female, I manage a restaurant in the city so I am often out during the evenings, I like to bring my passion for food home with me, I enjoy cooking and would say I am pretty good at it, as such I like to keep a clean kitchen. I am always happy to share my labours over a glass of wine and a chat. I am a pretty social person enjoying getting out and about, I am still pretty new to Leeds so I am still exploring ( 6 months).

I am an easy going and friendly sort who loves an adventure and takes each day as it comes. I also have a pet hedgehog called Mrs Spikey who is no bother. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
