Room available – Rent £69 per week + Bills £8.36 p

As I am no longer a student I would like to move out of the house I am living in and back in with my parents in January when my contract at work finishes, that way I'll save a lot of cash.

The house is large, has 7 bedrooms and is occupied by 5 male Physics student and 1 female Maths student, then me, a female Sales Assistant at Debenhams. The room I wish to leave has a double bed and is furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk, shelves, a wardrobe and best of all, your very own private sink! Finally, it has a large window so it lets a lot of light in. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers and baths in each, we don't have problems with queues in the bathroom in the morning.

As for the tenants you could be living with and myself, we like to keep the place tidy, we take it in turns to cook in our spacious kitchen/dining room and do the pots so we all pitch in. We like a good film night every once in a while (we like comedy, horror, sci-fi and fantasy, so pretty much anything) the guys here like gaming too. You'll usually find us all sitting in the front room having a chat about physics, current affairs, gaming, art, anything that pops into one of our heads.
