The house is comfortable and well-maintained with all the usual amenities: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The kitchen is large and newly fitted.
The monthly rent is £300 including unlimited broadband. Bills are £50 pcm fully inclusive. So, for £350 pcm you get a comfortable room in a friendly house with all bills paid.
