i am wanting to have a lodger who could share 3 bedrooms semi detached house in Beeston, live Sharing with a female professional teacher and am a friendly and I am always busy and out of house mostly of time and am working 12 hours a day 6 days a week. You can have the whole house sometimes!!
Am looking for someone who could rent a large double bedroom and with TV freeview on wall mount, built in wardrobe, chest drawer.
Dishwasher, freeview recorder, broadband wifi. Sky. And bills are included.
Large garden with decking. recently new decorating and laminate floor in an office / study room. New carpet.
Fortnightly CLEANER.
