Hi, I'm looking for someone to share my large comfortable house close to Chapel Allerton centre, and with easy access to Leeds city centre and Harrogate. I'm looking for a mature student or a professional person. My home environment is quiet and pleasant, so if you are looking for a party house this one is not for you. I've got a well decorated, smart and sunny, spacious double bedroom, available to rent. Short term stayers (min 1 month) are welcome. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, modern wardrobes, shelving and bedside chest. There is on street parking (parking on the drive by agreement).It's close to Harrogate Road which has frequent buses to city centre. Your rent includes use of shared bathroom with shower (always kept clean), downstairs toilet, 1st lounge with dining table and cable tv, 2nd lounge, kitchen (with your own cupboard) and all common areas. You can also use a small lounge/study upstairs. Water rates, community tax, gas, electric and wireless broadband are included in the rent. 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of Chapel Allerton. I don't ask for a bond, but expect that you will tidy up after yourself and replace any breakages.
