Double room in Luxury Canal-side apartment -

Hi all,

Im looking for a lodger to share my apartment on the outskirts of Leeds city centre as my current lodgers work contract has ended they will be leaving at the end of march 2018.

The apartment is in a new-ish H2010 development just down from clarence dock and the royal armouries, approx 20 minute walk to the centre of Leeds.
The apartment is a new build (5 years old), has solid dark oak floors, fully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, floor to ceiling double glazed windows over looking the canal and a few gadgets (integrated wine cooler, air conditioning etc). Also has a fully monitored house alarm.

I have a clean well behaved dog. I am a houseproud person and like to keep the apartment relatively clean (not to show room standard but nice)
Only available on set a Mon-Fri basis or part time (ie 2/3 nights a week)

I do not wish to have a full time lodger nor do I wish to share with a couple.
Rent includes all bills
