The whole house is neutrally decorated and furnished. It is double glazed with full central heating. The living room is ample with a large screen TV, dvd player and internet access.. The basement kitchen / diner is spacious with lots of cupboard space and full amenities eg Cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender
The bills, such as water, gas, electricity, Internet and TV licence, are not included in the rental price. However Council Tax is included.

Outside there is a spacious terrace area, with seating and decking - great for BBQs. The house is just a few minutes away from the M1 and M62, as well as walking distance from the city centre. Street parking is available. Just around the corner there is a Aldi, Tesco express, petrol station and library. The house is also minutes away from South Leeds Stadium as well as bus stops giving you great access to transport all over Leeds.

Longroyd View is a pleasant, quiet street with friendly families and couples, and lots of space for parking.
