I have a professional let vacancy at my property in Horsforth, Leeds on the following basis:

Monday to Friday let @ £400 pcm.

Short Term let (7 days a week) @ £580 pcm ((flexible term - can be more than three months).

All bills are included for these lets.

There are no other lodgers. All my previous lodgers have appreciated the quiet environment and WiFi for both employment/ training reasons (including ad hoc 'working from home').

My property is a three bedroom semi detached property in a quiet street. It is situated just off Low Lane, and is one minute walk to the TPP development. It is about eight minutes walk from Horsforth railway station (train takes sixteen minutes to Leeds City Centre), and ten minutes walk to Horsforth Town Street with its shops, bars and restaurants within this lively suburb of Leeds. It is just over a mile to Leeds Trinity University, three miles to Leeds and Bradford Airport, and five miles to the University of Leeds.

The property is renovated, fully furnished, has a large equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and is comfortable and clean throughout. The hallway has a book case; the top shelf is entirely devoted to my travel section!

The spare bedroom overlooks the large garden.

For Monday to Friday lets, clean towels and bedding will be provided every week.

About me; I am 54 years of age and I am a professional full time employee working within the public sector in criminality/ legal/ project management.

I have been letting a room on this basis since 2011; and my current (soon to leave) lodger has been at my property for three years.

Reference checks will be required.

Please note, I am not looking for a full time permanent lodger!
