Close to city centre, 2 double rooms, 3 bed house

I have 2 large double furnished rooms to rent in my 3 bed house. All bills (gas, electricity, water, tv, council tax, and broadband) included.

The house has been recently decorated throughout, spacious lounge with new very comfy corner sofa and a large flat screen tv in the fire-place. I also have a paved garden with potted plants and garden furniture.

It's approx 1. 5 mile from the city centre. There is a bus stop right near my house into the city (42). A walk to the centre in approx 25mins. There is an Asda, Greggs, post office, takeaways and large park very close by. Good links to motorway networks, ring road and main route to centre (Wellington Road).

I am 34, a project manager at an agency in the city centre 9-5, in the evenings and weekends I see my friends for food and wine or I just chill after a hard day and watch films/Netflix, read a book, sporadically go to the gym or visit family and friends who live further away.
