Hi,
I have been living with my housemates for a while now, we have just moved into a new house however I've been offered a job in Hong Kong so I will be moving out in November (the 13th), leaving a spare double room.
The house is spot on, modern, spacious, and efficient. It has underfloor heating, washer dryer, dish washer etc.
The room is a large double and shares a large bathroom with one other female housemate who's room is on the same floor. The bathroom has a shower and bath.
You will be sharing with one male and one female housemate. Both work; one is a teacher, the other works in travel and tourism. They are both really sound and easy to get on with and both keen for a drink at the weekend. Also quite easily persuaded mid week on occasion!
The house is less than 5 minutes from Headingley train station, so is ideal for commuting to the City, there are also fantastic bus links and Morrison's supermarket just 10 minutes walk away.
Rent is £317 per month.
