Room for rent in LS25

I have a room for rent in a small quiet village. Public transport is limited so a car is necessary. There is on street parking. The room is a large single room with a double bed, and matching furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers) I am clean and tidy and would appreciate my housemate to be the same - not in an OCD way though!! I have a small friendly dog. The kitchen is large with a washer/dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher, oven and hob. There is central heating and a log burner, perfect for chatting on a cool evening over a glass of wine! There is Sky+ TV, broadband and WIFI too. There are excellent road links - approx 5 mins for the M1, A1 and the M62 is approx 10 mins. Garforth train station is 5 mins drive away. Leeds is 8 miles, Kippax 1 mile and Castleford is 3 miles. The village is in a lovely quiet setting and is very private - no through road. The village is close to Ferrybridge.
