Hello,

The room that I have to rent is a double room and you would have sole use of the main bathroom, as my room is en-suite.

It's an ideal let for contractors & is an easy commute to Leeds, Bradford, Bingley or Skipton.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and garden. The house also has off-road parking. I'm clean and tidy, and there is a cleaner, so you would not be expected to do any household cleaning.

All bills are included in the rent (£350 pcm). There is broadband throughout the house.

The house is in a beautiful location with views of the Cow and Calf rocks and is a 2-minute walk from Ben Rhydding train station.

I'm quite often out in the evening, but am very friendly and would welcome people who would like to occasionally share a meal of an evening.
