Double room for rent in 2 bedroom apartment

Hi there, I'm Emma (28) and I'm looking for a flatmate to rent the spare room in my two-bedroom attic conversion apartment in Ilkley.

I'm looking for a female flatmate (professional or student) who would like to share with someone who is sociable and easy-going to live with. :)

Re-advertising the room as my current flatmate will be moving out very shortly to live with her boyfriend.

The spare room has a double bed and a chest of drawers for use. It has two Velux skylights with navy blue binds. With it being an attic conversion there is limited storage space, however the occupant would also have sole use of a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway which has loads of room and a clothes rail for hanging space.

The flat has a communal open-plan living room/kitchen area, with a lovely view over-looking the moors from the main window. It is fully furnished with a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and another separate WC too. There is also private parking available.

All the bills are included. I have Virgin Media wireless broadband, a landline and Freeview TV. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the train station, with direct connections to both Leeds and Bradford. Ilkley has lots of nice pubs and shops, a Tesco supermarket and is in close walking distance of the moors and the Cow and Calf rocks.
