We live on a quiet leafy street just a couple of minutes walk from 'The Grove' in central ilkley. We have 2 lovely rooms to rent on the top floor, of our house. This floor has its own landing and cloakroom. There is a good sized study area, bookcase, draws, wardrobe and a new double bed with spectacular views over the wharefdale valley. Wifi broadband and all bills (except phone) are included. It would suit a young professional, mature student or post grad female. All other areas such as garden and kitchen diner would be shared, although there is alot of privacy due to the size of the house. On viewing the rooms and house you will get the full feel of the place and location. There is also plenty of parking and we are just 7 mins walk from the station.
