Housemate wanted for city centre flat

I have a light and airy fully furnished double room to rent complete with house bathroom.
£550 is inclusive of all bills. I am only looking for professionals male or female for long term to rent the room out to.
The flat is in the city centre in 1 Brewery Wharf perfect for transport connections, work and shopping. The flat is two bed with a kitchen / dining area, hallway and massive terrace perfect for parties or relaxation. The flat is fully furnished with washer dryer, dish washer, TV, etc. There is a local Sainsbury’s, bar’s and restaurant just two minutes walkway. Whoever takes the room is free to decorate it as they wish obviously within reason.
I commute every day to York or Doncaster for work and can be late home some nights. I love to cook so who ever takes the room will be treated well…. I am a big fan of performing arts, fashion, running and a little sporty but genuinely clueless about football and cricket. That doesn’t mean I can’t get on with someone who has other interests. I'm fairly laid back about most things and if the flat needed something you wanted except helicopter pads etc. then I’d be happy to sort it. Above all I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a home and hopefully willing to socialise a bit, so if you prefer living in your room or just want a place to rest your head at night then this is not the flat for you. There is no car parking with the flat unfortunately.
