The house is set in a really convenient location as local amenities are within 5 mins walking distance (e. g. Morrisons, bars, restaurants) and it is only a short walk or drive to Leeds Trinity University! It is in a very safe location and friendly neighbourhood :)
All rooms are fully furnished, water bills are included within the rent. Broadband is up and running and we have a separate laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities. Also have a nice indoor patio!
