Hi, we have a 4 bedroomed house in Horsforth, and are interested in letting out one of those rooms.
In addition to the room, you would also have access to a study room with a large desk, (on the 3rd floor). Wifi of course is available. If you have a car, parking isn't a problem. To view the room, you will need to slant your head left :)
I would describe our house as clean, tidy and pretty well organised. Opposite is beautiful Hall Park. We have two cats, (and they consider themselves as the 'landlords')!!
We live within a few minutes walk of many bars, banks, restaurants etc. Transport access by road, rail or air is great.
We are two normal, honest and regular guys, (employed in management/education)
