Hello there! I'm looking for a professional, non-smoking, considerate housemate to join me in my lovely three bedroom property in Horsforth.

The house is an end-terrace with a small garden and on-street parking. The available bedroom has been decorated in a neutral style and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The location of the house provides easy access to public transport to Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and York.

If you are new to the Horsforth area, the house is within walking distance from Town Street which has an array of bars and restaurants, a number of quaint shops and a supermarket. It is also conveniently located for the cinema complex at Kirkstall and is only a few miles from Headingley which has a regular farmer's market, unique independent cinema and some great shops (in addition to its student population and many bars!).

As for your potential housemate (me!): I'm a 36 year old health professional who is relatively easy going and enjoys a wide range of social activities including nights out with friends, eating out, music gigs, festivals, the arts etc. I'm also into health and fitness so can often be found in the gym or out enjoying the fresh air!
