Bedroom available in newly built flat

The flat is beautifully modern and is completely furnished. There is a t. v with sky and wifi available in a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is my favourite part! The bedroom available has an ensuite, a double built in wardrobe with plenty of storage facilities and a double bed! There is also a main bathroom next door with a bath if you get bored of having showers!

Maintenance are really hands on and keep in contact regularly if you need touch ups of silicone in your bathroom or paint touch ups etc they are always keen to keep on top of it which I think is great! I am moving home which is why I am not staying otherwise I would as it's such a lovely place to live.

The building is really secure you're on the third floor and have a chain and lock on your door as well as an alarm. I have never felt safer living anywhere else than here. You are in the centre of Hyde park and Headingley so you can walk to either one In around ten to fifteen mins. The universities are close by and you have a train station which is a five minute walk from the flat (burley park train station).

Bills are not included but you pay them as and when the bills come to the house it's usually around £40 each!

I need someone to take over my tenancy who is easy going likes to socialise and is clean. I am a graduate so it doesn't matter if you're not a student. The girl you will share with is a student, laid back, warm and friendly :)
