6 bedroom house currently occupied by myself and 3 other girls, looking for someone to take over my contract, 1 room available on the top floor which are quite large bedrooms with storage space, 2 bathrooms with showers and baths, large kitchen with newly fitted hob and a large sized living room with two leather sofas. Bills are not included so they are payed quarterly , internet is payed monthly and rent is £85 a week, the contract is until the 31st June 2015. Located 2 minutes from burley park train station and in walking distance to the city centre and headingley campus.
