No deposit, however an admin fee of £120 is required.
Really good flat, spacious bedroom, living room and kitchen.
3rd floor flat. Good area close to Headingley and Hyde park corner.
Near burley park train station and on the 56 bus route.
It'll be a shame to leave the flat, so I'm hoping someone else can enjoy it now.
Available start of December or January. Sooner by negotiation.
Bills aren't included. But gas/electric has been very cheap for me (take meter readings).
