Ultra modern en-suite double room to let!

I currently live in a great, modern apartment in a prime location of North Leeds and have a double bedroom with en-suite available to rent from the end of May.

I've been at the property nearly 2 years and would really like to stay, my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so I'm on the look out for a new room mate to take his place.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the building and has great views of Headingley and Meanwood. Its super modern so bills are cheap, broadband is already installed and stays warm all year long because our living room catches the sun pretty much all day throughout the year. The room has a double bed, fully furnished with wardrobes/drawers etc, has a beautiful en-suite and has been finished to a very high standard.

I'm 26, I work as a designer in Headingley and have been in Leeds for nearly 2 and a half years. I like my football, listen to a lot of music, keep active and try to live a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym regularly, like to socialise with friends a lot and would be keen to make new friends by getting someone new in the flat.

It's in a great location, i can't speak highly enough of the place (hence why i want to stay here!) and is perfect for young professionals.

The letting agents are Morgans, based in Headingley, so the tenancy would be through them, i've never had any major issues with them and all in all have been fine to deal with.
