The rental price is £320 a month +£30 utility bills. TV with SKY installed downstairs in the living room with unlimited internet usage.
Very ideal location in Headingley, 2 minute walk to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, including Morrisons, Sainsbury's, KFC, Subway and many more. Bus stops located outside shops. If you drive there is a petrol station 2 minutes down the road.
