Professional looking for clean friendly housemate

The house
A York stone terraced house 5 mins walk from the main shops and bars of heading lay and 5 mins walk to burley park train station.
A great house with a good sized living room and adjoining kitchen plus A small but perfectly formed grades for a glass of wine in the evening.

There is 1 bathroom and two double rooms, I am looking to rent out the smaller of the two, but it's still a generously sized room.
I am in the process of doing up the place, so buy July it will be newly plastered and decorated, with new kitchen and bathroom ... A small palace in the centre of headingly I'm hoping!

The flat mate
As for me, I'm due to start work at hull royal infirmary In August so will be there a few nights a week. In my spare time I like cooking and running. Also love nice cocktails in town or a pint at the local depending on the mood.

Looking for a happy fun loving housemate that cleans up after themselves!

The area
Headingly is a great place to live, every amenity on your doorstep and a 4 min train ride into Leeds City centre great for those that work there.

As for the photos , they are from when bought the place in spring and give a good indication of the size of the rooms etc ... But not of the finished spec as it's still being spruced up!
