The contract is with Linley's properties, based in Meanwood Leeds.

This is a self contained flat with its own private entrance at the rear of the property separate from the rest of the building.
The flat has a large living space with a range of modern kitchen units, appliances and furniture.
There is a small landing, to the right is a large double bedroom which is fully furnished and to the front is a bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle, sink and W. C

The Rent is £425 a month, the water and heating is included in the rent!
The electric is a pound coin meter which is on average around £25 a month.

The Pictures I have uploaded are before I moved it, there has been some moderations such as the electric meter being covered with a cupboard/ more storage space.
