Large double room to rent - Headingley

Room available from 28th May 2014 due to current tenant moving out to live with his girlfriend.

I've lived in the property for approx 18 months and the landlord is approachable and runs a number of properties.

The flat is a two bed, one with en suite (my current room). This means the other bathroom is virtually exclusive for the other room. Large shared kitchen & living room with dining table & two sofas.

I work 9-5 Mon - Fri in the city centre and the flat has easy access to town by bike, Burley Park train station is a 5 minute walk away (last train station before Leeds centre).

I enjoy nights in or out. Like easy evenings after work with a few sociable drinks & chat over dinner, equally going up to Otley Rd and have a few post work pints. The flat is really quite big so there's plenty of space for both of us. I like to keep the place tidy & clean, but I'm certainly no clean freak! Ideally I'm after someone similar.

I like to run & cycle a lot - and often race often through the summer. Come & join in, it would be good to have someone else to motivate me!! I can often be found surrounded by pieces of bikes on a weekend if I'm in a tinkering mood....

Sainsburys on Otley road is approximately 10 minutes walk away, with a larger Morrisons on Kirkstall road a 10 minute drive. Bars/pubs are 5/10 minute walk. The co-op is closer but it isn't as big.

Off street parking comes included, I don't have a car so the space will be available at no extra cost. Lots of on street parking which is permit free if/when you have visitors.

No signing of or landlord fees, just deposit & first months rent & you're sorted.

My main aim is to find someone like minded who I can call a good friend rather than a face who just contributes to the bills. A friendly house is a happy house!
