Short Term: Housemate wanted for 2-Bed Flat

Looking for someone to take my current flatmate's place until the end of June when the contract finishes (3 months).

I'm a 30-year-old professional working Mon-Fri in the city centre. I'm very sociable, enjoy chilling out at home during the week and going for the occasional drink and a good night out at the weekend.

I'm a decent cook (modestly), don't mind cooking for two and eating a meal together. I'm clean and tidy, qualities I would expect from potential housemates too.

This beautiful flat in Headingley is perfectly located in a quiet area, yet well linked to the city centre. Bus stop (56, 19 & 19A) just opposite the flat, while Burley Park train station is a ten-minute walk away (train into Leeds central station takes 5 mins).

Having been part of a hotel up to a few years ago, the flat is heat- and sound-insulated, making it not only very comfortable but also efficient.

The flat is light and airy and is located in a three-flat house with FREE secure parking (magnetic key-operated automatic gates) on site and communal garden at the back.
