**Room For Rent, Headingley, Leeds £77 P/W**

We have TWO spare rooms for rent from July 2014 - July 2015!!

We welcome individual interest or a pair of friends for the rooms :)

We live in a 6 bedroom modern student house in headingley, near sky rack in a really good location. The house is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop into leeds which takes 5/10mins and a 2minute walk into the centre of Headingley. To walk to Leeds Met university city campus is takes about 30-40mins walk and 15-20min walk to Headingley campus!

Both rooms are spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of door etc .. would be sharing the house with 4 other girls who are all going to be studying in there 3rd year at Leeds Met.

The house has a Living room, Kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a basement for extra storage and a front and back patio area. We live on a road with parking available.

Both rooms are £77 a week not including bills! However the bills have been really cheap! The Landlord is really nice and will be happy for you to pay this monthly or quarterly.
