I am moving out of this house to buy my own house. I have only just been given my own moving in date of this coming Friday (14th March).

The property is situated 3 mins walk away from Waitrose/Asda/Aldi and local pubs and shops, 2 minutes from bus route to the city, 10 min walk from Headingley centre.

The is a lovely, homely house in a quiet cul-de-sac with good neighbours. At the front of the house, parking is available. The landlord has stated she would like to create private parking at the back of the house in the future.

The house is actually a 2 bedroom semi but is available to rent as a 1 bedroom property. That means that the house is advertised as a one bedroom house but it actually has two bedrooms. For this reason, it is perfect for a single person or a couple (not really suitable for a non-couple as the spare bedroom is relatively small but with great storage).

Property has a shower room, bathroom (with bath), 2 toilets, kitchen, lounge and dining room with a good sized private garden which captures amazing sunlight during the summer.

This is not a private rent, it is with a local letting agency but I am organising the change of contract due to my own requirements.

The lettings agency is Redbrick Properties and they require 5 weeks rent plus £100 pounds admin fee. This comes to £725 up front. It equates to a £225 bond. Professionals or students ONLY. Not benefits. Pets are not really allowed but the owner made an exception for our cat.
