Room To Rent Until July, Leeds, Internet Paid

I am a student leaving at the start of the university of Easter holidays. I am looking for someone to rent my room from mid April until 1st July 2014, when the contract will end for the year. The rent is £275/month, and the tenant would be required to rent the room from mid April until the end of June (two and a half months in total) or from the beginning of May for 2 months. The room has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe/draws.

The house is situated in the middle of the Hyde Park area of Leeds, and is surrounded by a good variety of groceries and shops (Tesco express, Co-op, Sainsburys, local groceries) and is a 5 minute walk from Burley Park station. The other three tenants are all second year undergraduates at Leeds University studying Italian, who are all sociable and outgoing and will be in the house until late June. A young person, (a student or person working in the area) would preferably be ideal. Wifi, which is both speedy and reliable, has been installed in the house and will be FREE OF CHARGE as I will continue paying it by direct debit.
