I have available a double bedroom for rent in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Headingley. The room is available to move into straight away as the lease started on 1st July 2013 and lasts until 30th June 2014. The rent is £69. 50 per week and the deposit is £200.

This room is in a house that is sharing with 3 other lads who are all a great laugh, really nice guys. It would have been the second year that I would be living with them so if that's not an endorsement of them I don't know what is! The reason I am advertising the room is because I have decided to drop out of university and I want to move back to my home town.

The house is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to Leeds Metropolitan University's Headingley campus and close to Headingley's shops, bars and pubs and close to Beckett Park.

The bedrooms all have double beds and desks and all the other standard bedroom furniture. The rest of the house is fully furnished as you can see from the photos, sofas, TV, washing machine etc.
