We have 2 rooms in a fabulously laid out house in a quiet cul-de-sac. (Spareroom ref. 2789477). They are double rooms with a double bed, a desk, double wardrobe, drawer unit etc. Both rooms are at the front of the house, overlooking the front garden and the tree-lined road. The sitting room, which has a flat screen TV, also has double glass doors opening onto a patio (ideal for BBQ’s!), with steps down to a secluded lawned area. The room is open to the kitchen, which makes for a very social setting when cooking meals. The rents are £400 and £380/month, which includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence and broadband connection. The house is in Headingley, near the restaurants, shops and bars, and on the bus route to the city centre. There is a bathroom with a large corner bath and shower above, loo and washbasin. The kitchen has the usual oven, fridge, freezer, etc., plus dishwasher, washing machine and condensing drier. There is good off street parking for 2 cars.
