We have 3 rooms available in a great house in Headingley. One is a small double and priced accordingly the others are large doubles. The rooms are fully furnished. The bills included are Council tax, water, Gas, Electricity and, Broadband On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/diner and large lounge with a wood burning stove. There is an american style fridge freezer with plumbed water and ice facilities. there is a seperate utility room with seperate washer and dryer and a wc. upstairs there is a modern bathroom with power shower above the bath.
There is an admin fee of £105 which once paid secures the room and is non refundable.
There is off road parking for 3/4 vehicles and patio doors out onto a very large garden with patio area.
The house is a 5 min walk from the station (one stop into Leeds city centre) and 2 mins walk to the extensive bus network Headingly has. Its 5 min walk into Headingley and all the amenities there.
