I have a very spacious two bedroom semi-detached house for rent, short term or long term stay are welcomed.
One room has a huge king-size bed with excellent quality mattress – all beddings are also provided. The other room has a double bed also of great quality.
A huge stylish wardrobe with mirror is allocated in one room and another large wardrobe is also provided for the other room.
The study room next door has a desk and office chair, offering a large space to work. This is also the area for ironing – an iron and ironing board are provided.

Kitchen : Fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and some everyday living essentials.
The property has a garage and plenty of parking space, with small front and rear gardens. It is located in a very convenient area with shops and restaurants/bars nearby, 3 minute walk to bus stops, 7 minute walk to Burley rail station, and 10-15 minute walk to the university. This is a semi-detached house and a no-pet and non-smoking property.
