Friendly houseshare in a nice part of Headingley

Hi,

We currently have a large double room and a small double room available in a large house in a nice quiet part of Headingley.

It is an all female house and we are looking for professional people to move in who are friendly and able to get on with other people.

There is a large double room available from 2 December for £350pcm and a smaller double for £280pcm.

All rooms have good storage, desk, double bed and chair.

The house is within easy walking distance of both Headingley shops/bars and also Meanwood (5 minutes walk) and the bars, Waitrose and shopping complex with Aldi.

There is parking outside and it is a short walk to get the bus into Leeds either from Headingley or Meanwood Road (the numbers 51 and 52 are frequent). The number 91 also goes straight past the house and I think it goes to Chapel Allerton and Pudsey so it is well connected.

We have a friendly cat who belongs to one of the tenants.

We have just installed a brand new main bathroom and have freshly painted the living room.

We have also just fitted a new boiler.

Rent includes broadband and other bills are on extra. The council tax is £28 per month.
