It's also a short nice walk from Leeds Beckett University Headingley campus. There's a pleasant living/dining room, a well fitted luxury solid birch wood kitchen, a clean bathroom with ceramic tiled floor. Bedrooms are light, well furnished, have double beds, spacious wardrobes, etc. All bedrooms are good size doubles with large windows, some of which look out over trees, and some have own washbasin. Every bedroom has an immaculate, high-end orthopaedic mattress, a desk, spacious mirror-door wardrobe etc. The landlord is always contactable and offers direct, prompt service and maintenance. There's AAA-rated gas central heating, a good washing machine, a condenser tumble dryer, microwave, TV, electric shower, security system, and full Code of Standards compliance.
