Double room to rent in the North Leeds area

Double room to rent, furnished or unfurished. It would be a rolling monthly contract, and the price is negotiable. The room is furnished, bright and looks over the garden. I have 2 cats who are very friendly. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen which are in very good condition, plenty of storage and kept clean. I am a nutritionist and work in York- I am also an open water swimmer and have strong training commitments; I am therefore out of the house early in the morning and don't get home until later evening so the house is usually quite quiet.
