One is an impressive large Pine Tree,
from a large windows. The house also benefits from easy access into the woods / nature trail from bottom of the street. Fully fitted kitchen and new modern shower room. Newly landscaped garden to the rear, with grassed area, a sun terrace and courtyard. Great for socializing and sunbathing in the summer months.
I am looking for a female, preferably, who is clean living, both in terms of lifestyle, aswell as general living habits. I am easy to get on with and have been taking in lodgers for the past 10 years. Oh and we have a very loving older dog and a year old pup. 2 budgies and tortoise.
