House to share in Gildersome, 4 miles from Leeds

Use of half a house in the lovely quiet village of Gildersome. All bills are included.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Large 3/4 bed semi detached house. You would have your own furnished double bedroom with new memory foam mattress (unless you want to use your own), wardrobe, drawers, storage cupboard and room for shelves / another cupboard if you want. The family bathroom is next door which would predominantly be yours with a separate shower cubicle and jet bath (which I only use once in a blue moon as I have my own en suite upstairs).

There is a large living room with wood burning stove in the winter (but there is central heating), also a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining room attached, leading to patio door, decking and ample garden - perfect for bbq's! There is also a downstairs lavatory. So you're getting much more than a room in a house!

There is a small office / computer room which can potentially be shared should you need such space.

ABOUT MY IDEAL HOUSEMATE:
Young or young at heart professional worker. Fun and sociable who let's their hair down but someone knows how to be clean, tidy and considerate - after all it's both our homes. :-) Someone sociable to have a chat, laugh and drink with at the end of a hard day would be nice but not essential.

ABOUT ME, THE OWNER AND FUTURE HOUSEMATE:
Chatty and friendly female! Full time primary school teacher, enjoys music, snowboarding, art & craft, gigs, concerts and generally socialising. Don't really get to watch TV much, but when I do on an eve if I'm lucky it's nice to chill.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Easily accessible from Leeds (4 miles), Wakefield (8 miles) and Bradford (8 miles) off the M62, Junction 27 so great for commuting. Birstall retail park and cinema are nearby including Ikea, M&S, Next, Pizza Express etc. Morley is close by too which is great for the swimming baths, Morrisons, the lovely park and a good range of shops and market if you don't want to go into Leeds.

If you don't know Gildersome, it's a village in between Drighlington, Tong and Morley. It has several convenience shops including a co-op food shop and pharmacy at the end of the road, which is opposite Gildersome Health Centre. You can usually get a dr's appointment the same day!
