Available inmediately I am offering for rent :

A small box room to rent Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings with a single bed and a bedside table.

There is currently someone staying Monday- Wednesday/Thursday evenings who goes home on a weekend.

Additionally there is another room in the property which is let out on an air b n b basis.

The price include bills and there will always be some basic breakfast options available (tea, coffee, bread etc)

The area is very safe and there is both a driveway and plenty of free on street parking.

I currently work for myself in international business and spend most of my time out of the house so you and the other flat mates or people staying would have the house to yourself most of the time.

The room is available to let to working professionals who are trustworthy, clean and tidy and who are looking for somewhere to stay on a weekend when in Leeds- either casually or on an ongoing basis.

The house is in a very convenient location- just 15 mins by car into the city centre, 5 minutes away from the A1/M1 motorway network for anyone working on the road and 8 mins direct on the train into Leeds City centre for anyone wishing to use public transport.
