Double bedroom to rent in a three bedroom house. House has a good sized living room with with 92inch cinema screen, digital TV, sky sports and movie channels, xbox and Netflix. The house has 100MB wifi.

Conservatory is a dining room and also has a cross trainer, TV and a full length darts oche.

There is a 3rd bedroom which has a TV and a sofa that acts as a second living room.

The front and back gardens have just been finished and back garden is very chilled out. It gets the sun and has a BBQ, hammock, grass and patio furniture.

The kitchen has fridge freezer, washer/dryer.

The house is in a nice area with off street parking. It is close to local bus routes and is also only 5/10 minutes walk from Horsforth train station which provides quick access to the city centre.

We are a 28 and 31 year old couple with professional jobs. We both enjoy keeping fit and both work full time.

We have a dog (Wheaton Terrier) called Brian who lives at the house. He is extremely friendly and doesn't shed any hair.
