3 bedroomed 3 storey modern town house with enclosed back garden and seperate garage and drive. 2 double bedrooms on 2nd floor to choice from, complete floor would be to yourself as the master bedroom is top floor. In the attractive working professional community (village) within driving (5mins) distance from the city centre, hidden train platform also a street away which has frequent trains into the cc which takes 3mins journey. The whole house is completely furnished and I am happy to share all my electrical and homes goods, bedroom can come with double bed and wardrobe if needed. I own 2 small dogs which are very loving and house trained so this is not suitable to non-dog/animal lovers!!!
