We are looking for another person to join us in this great, fully furnished house situated on Methley Place, the nearest of the Methleys to the bars, restaurants and supermarket!!!

The house has a communal lounge with flat screen TV, leather sofa/chair and feature fireplace.

There is also a lovely farmhouse dining kitchen with integrated hob/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

All bedrooms have a digital TV aerial point, are neutrally decorated with ivory walls/carpets and come furnished with (mostly) Ikea furniture.

The room available is a small, but perfectly formed double, boasting a huge 8ft long walk in wardrobe with all the hanging and storage space you need to leave the room itself clutter free! In addition to this unique space, the room comes fully furnished with a full sized double divan bed, IKEA desk/dressing table and a set of drawers.

We love the house and treat it like a home so please only apply if you are happy to muck in and keep it like this rather than student digs.

This is a great street full of young professionals. There is also loads of on street parking.
