A good size double room in a light and airy modern flat with allocated parking. A 5 minute walk to the heart of Chapel Allerton with good transport links to the city centre. Room is furnished with double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. Rest of flat is fully furnished with a large shared living room, dining room and good sized kitchen. There is also a secure bike storage shed (you need your own lock). There is also ample extra storage with this room nearby in a large hall cupboard.

My flatmate is moving back home to save money up to buy his house and as this is such a nice flat in a good location i would like to stay where i am.

I'm a 28 y/o product designer who has lived in Leeds for the last 10 years. I travel quite a lot with work in the week so the weekend tends to be a time to relax for me. If i'm headed out it's to bars like Sandanista, Smokestack, Sela, North Bar, the Reliance etc. If i'm eating out with friends it's at places like Meat Liquor, Trinity Kitchen and Little Tokyo. I also like to cook for people, so i have friends for Sunday roasts etc over every so often. I climb, play squash and cycle when i can (which at the moment is rarely) and i'm trying to find the time to learn how to golf. I'm fairly clean and tidy but i'm no clean freak.

Rent is £350 (£300 without car space allocation) and bills are circa £125 a month but includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV, and broadband.
