Lovely house in the centre of Chapel Allerton

Available from 23 October, with the possibility of moving in sooner on arrangement.

A lovely three-bed, terraced house on Victoria Street. The street is quiet and we're only a minutes walk from the centre of Chapel Allerton. The room is small with a single bed, but has a big window and feels light and airy. It's warm in the winter and has lots of hidden space.

The house is fully furnished. It has two other bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, separate kitchen and a cellar. We also have a great little garden which is brilliant in the summer.

We cook for each other a few nights of the week. The house is always tidy. We do a big clean every couple of weeks. We buy communal house stuff like cleaning products, milk and toilet roll, again as and when and we need it.

We prefer going out for dinner or having people over than going out clubbing. Always up for a cup of tea and chat but we're respectful of our own and other peoples space.

Christie – I’m 26 and I work as a producer for a Leeds based theatre company. I enjoy cooking for people and attempting to grow vegetables in the garden. I enjoy reading, going to the theatre, the cinema and finding a good bakery.

Charlotte- I'm 27 and I work for Opera North running community music projects. I enjoy running and cycling and general dales adventures, as well as cooking and spending time at home in the evenings. I love going to gigs, the theatre and taking trips to the cinema and am always up for discovering new cultural goings on in Leeds.

We would like to live with someone who is relaxed, respectful and fun. We both work hard during the week but are up for doing stuff together after work and at the weekends.
