Your room, a double, is a good size, with a double bed (storage drawers underneath), double wardrobe and tall drawer unit. We’re looking for another guy to continue the good sociable rapport we have been used too.

We’ll add you to our existing Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement which runs in blocks of 6 month periods until we renew. If you were to leave at the official end of the contract term then no penalty fees and if you want to leave earlier this too is possible.
