Young professional couple looking to rent out spare double room for 3 months.
We live in a lovely mid terraced house on the Methleys in Chapel Allerton. The spare room is on the top floor and is fully furnished with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe. We have a small yard at the front of the house and street parking.
We have a big kitchen which can be used to store a bike if necessary.
We both work Monday-Friday and tend to be quite busy at weekends. In the evenings, we watch tv or play sport.
