Clean, Happy, Considerate Housemates Wanted!

Hi! We are Summer, Darren and 2 cats called Alex and Ruby. We are looking for a new housemate. We have a relaxed attitude, and tend to have a quiet house through the week but sociable at the weekends. We place importance on keeping the house clean and tidy because we like to live in a comfortable, calm environment and are looking for someone who is looking for the same and who will do their fair share. We do have a cleaner who comes weekly but we still make an effort to keep the house clean. Bills are £101 a month each including Sky, broadband and household products. The house is 15mins to town on the bus and a 5 min walk into Chapel A. There is on street parking. The room offered is a double and can be furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for a non smoking person.
